Ramsin Yakob

Senior Lecturer at School of Business, Economics and Law (Handelshögskolan), University of Gothenburg, Management & Organisation/Centre for International Business Studies. Ramsin is responsible for Handelshögskolans part of the master program Business & Design.

Ramsin Yakob (Ph.D.) is an Assistant professor and senior lecturer. His is conducting research on the global automotive industry, focusing on the internal change processes that occur in firms due to increased and altered international involvement. This research is carried out at the Centre for International Business Studies. Ramsin’s previous research has been on new product development and problem-solving, having empirically studied platform development projects in the automotive industry and the telecommunication industry. He has also been engaged in research on internal change processes at Toyota Material Handling, more specifically investigating the internal changes that take place when implementing a global R&D process. Ramsin has previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland and American Express, both in the UK.
